Chicken and onion pasta: a quick, great tasting dinner

Looking for a great tasting, healthy, inexpensive and most importantly quick dinner? Here's a great one, from a college student who's looking for something that is more than a peanut butter sandwich but nothing too fancy to get in the way of that late night studying or whatever else you have going on!

Ingredients:
30 oz of tomato sauce
3-4 chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
1 large white onion
(Add spices as desired: basil and oregano are two great ones if you have them in the cabinet!)
1 pound of thin or regular spaghetti pasta

Cooking instructions:
Boil chicken for 20-25 minutes
Cut onion and cook until they begin to get clear
Add tomato sauce and keep at simmer until chicken is ready
When chicken is ready, cut into small pieces and add to the sauce
Boil pasta for 8-12 minutes (adding after water is at a boil)

Then enjoy! This dinner is good for about 4-5 servings. Great side dishes for this that I use are garlic bread and salads.
